The 'Operations & Management' Team provides client-site support of their 'Visual' and 'Unified Communications' systems. This includes ensuring that our client's technical facilities are staffed with the proper professional engineering and management personnel possessing the right skills and experience. We have achieved this with seasoned project managers who have the leadership skills, technical abilities, and in many cases the institutional knowledge required to ensure customers meet their goals. Working in highly demanding zero tolerance environments requiring fast and accurate decision making and execution has become second nature to us. Our client-site teams possess proper industry technical training, and certifications; including IEEE, SMPTE, SBE, CTS, Cisco, and CMI Level 3 rating.
Our corporate program management staff continually interfaces with the on-site project team and the client to ensure that program goals and objectives are fully understood and expectations are met. This is performed through a strict corporate quality assurance program using ISO 9001:2008 processes and periodic meetings that connect the client with Media Alliance’s executive corporate staff.
Our deep reach-back capability for consistent program staffing includes its ‘Personnel Tracking System’ which contains more than 300 fully qualified and screened personnel in its database ensuring vacant positions are filled quickly. In addition, through its technical employees from its corporate pool, Media Alliance is able to fill open positions in emergency or surge situations ensuring the continuity of client-site operations.
Our Operations and Management Division provides on-site technical staffing support to clients who have the responsibility of managing Broadcast Television, Video Teleconferencing, Audio-Visual, Multimedia and IT facilities.
We provide production and technical assistance to clients requiring Broadcast Television and Internet productions including press conferences, live multi-camera events, teleconferences, satellite feeds, multimedia tours, video news releases, public affairs announcements, media tours, on-location interviews, and newscasts. Media Alliance provides engineering and maintenance support of client studio and production operations. This covers all aspects of television operations including the origination and distribution of programs, technical planning, equipment repairs, system upgrades, system documentation, vendor interfacing, resource planning and scheduling, media management, operational reports, and documentation.
We provide Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support and helps client with their Audio-Visual management services in support of agency missions including board meetings, event conferences, seminars, video teleconferences, language interpretations and special events such as the Fall and Spring Ministerial Meetings where the government leaders from the world convene. We assist clients with audio-visual support of meetings, conferences, and other events hosting high-level financial and information technology professionals. This includes government leaders (Heads of state, Cabinet Ministers, Finance Ministers, Scientists, economists, etc.) from around the world.
We provide Multimedia support for webcasting, video streaming and video conferences along with projection, audio, and DVD recordings. We can do graphic and print design for creating high quality printed materials such as newsletters, posters, signs and booklets. Media Alliance has professional staffing that design and layout multimedia productions creating still photography; graphic arts and reproduction computer based training applications, desktop publishing, print layout, and design and animated programming. On a demand-basis we offer technical consultation analysis and maintenance assessment of existing visual infrastructure for on-going repairs, replacement upgrades or complete replacement.
